2009

2009 was a year that brought Bill into the limelight at an even greater pace than the past with all the articles published in Texas Insider.org and GOPUSA. The Grass Roots Institute of Texas continued to gain prominence as a result of its behind the scenes efforts within the Republican Party structure and its advisory role with many of the 9-12 Projects and Tea Party groups.
